45 minute functional training class designed for intermediate to advanced levels, to build strength, fitness and mental stamina.

YOGA

Hatha/Vinyasa yoga is suitable for all levels, including beginners. Hatha is a general yoga style that includes asana(yoga postures) and pranayama(breathing). Vinyasa includes a lot of variety in sequence to flow from pose to pose.

 

WHAT IS GOLF FIT?

Golf fit is a 45 minute class aimed at improving your game.

This is achieved by working on strengthening the specific muscle groups golfers use whilst playing a game. Doing this will not only improve your game but will prevent common knee, back and elbow injuries.

Golf Fit will teach you warm up techniques that can be applied on the course.
