FFUNCTIONAL COMBAT

45 minute functional combat is our unique class that includes whole body strength & fitness with the bonus of martial arts included. You will learn a variety of blocks, strikes, punches and kicks that will open up an entirely new way to use your body.

 

FFUNTIONAL STRENGTH

45 minute functional strength training focusing on building strong balanced body.

 

All classes are open to all levels.
